Composition is designed for a 3D sound system. It is focused on controlled aleatoricism in both the flute and electronics parts, controlled spontaneously by a human and a machine.

Zechen Hu: Ancient Battlefield

This is a sound effect describing the environment of the ancient battlefield by the convergence of human voices, musical instrument sounds, animal sounds, natural sounds and other sounds. What is particularly special is that there is a horn sound, which is the sound of a natural musical instrument made from the horns of bovine animals. It can be used to signal soldiers.

The piece is written based on a poem from Karin Boye called "Moln" - "Clouds". Originally the piece was written for a series with pieces "Av mitt ansikte" for headphones, and it is the third one in the series. Now I have decided to remake it for 3D sound from binaural sound because I think a lot of the sounds would suit the 3D space.
