Carsten Ruby is Director of Finance and Administration at the Royal Danish Academy of Music and is part of the Academy's management group.

He is in charge of the overall technical and administrative organization of the Academy, including financial management, HR, communication, library, building management, technical services, etc.

Carsten Ruby has a Master in Public Administration and was formerly employed at the Ministry of Environment and Energy in the department for personnel and organization.
