The Young Artistic Elite
Several of the 13 selected artists are graduates from RDAM
The Danish Arts Foundation has just awarded this year's grants to 13 artists for the two-year artistic and career development programme 'The Young Artistic Elite'.
The RDAM string quartet NOVO Quartet is among the selected artists along with composer Mattias Vestergård and mezzo-soprano Johanne Højlund, who both graduated from RDAM. The other artists are author Anna Klahn, the dance company AVIAJA Dance, visual artist Filip Vest, designer Gudrun Havsteen-Mikkelsen, author Haidar Ansari, musician Luna Ersahin, the design studio Lynge Lynge, visual artist Nanna Elvin Hansen, documentary film director Ömer Sami and the performing arts group Samling.
